Corporate Update - The Company is currently reviewing several promising oil and gas prospects, primarily in Western Canada. Management's objective is to participate in several oil and gas opportunities that have long term exploration and development potential. Management is carefully reviewing each potential prospect to determine if any fit the Company's objectives. If a suitable project is identified before the end of the fiscal year, a drill program could commence as early as the first quarter of 2006.
